We are the Champignons
Not every year can we find mushrooms in Penedès. It takes a combination of weather conditions for the mushrooms to show their face; at the end of the year, after some rain and followed by a breeze are the ideal conditions. Expats Brexit Opinions
British people living in Europe for more than 15 years could not vote in the Brexit referendum of 2016. 1.3 million people born in the UK live in other EU countries, according to 2017 estimates from the United Nations. Around 900,000 UK citizens were long-term residents in other EU countries in 2010 and 2011, according to census data across the EU collated by the Office for National Statistics.
Can't Vote 1-O
Any resident of Catalonia who didn't have a Spanish passport couldn't participate in the referendum on Catalan independence on October 1st, 2017. The organisers reasoning was that they wanted to respect the Spanish constitution. In the Scottish referendum on independence anyone who had resided in the country for more than three years could vote.
